These General Terms and Conditions determine the procedure for providing information services, managing content and conducting financial transactions. If the user of the web shop does not agree with the General Terms and Conditions and\/or is under 16 years of age, please refrain from using this website. The language of communication on hidk.hr is Croatian literary language.<\/p>\n<h3>Terms<\/h3>\n<p>Merchant \u2013 Croatian Association of Children's Literature Researchers (Savska 77, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 33752877775)\u2028<br \/>\nUser of hidk.hr web shop \u2013 any legal or natural person who visits or uses the services of this website. By using the website hidk.hr, the user of the website confirms their agreement with these General Terms and Conditions. The selection of the postal code of the delivery location in the shopping cart preview, in the step before entering personal data, is informative and with that step, the visitor gains insight into any delivery costs, and the buyer becomes so only in the next step, by entering personal data and completing the order.<\/p>\n<p>Buyer of hidk.hr web shop \u2013 a user of the web shop who, after selecting at least one product on the hidk.hr website, enters their personal information in the shopping cart review and sends the order to the merchant.<\/p>\n<p>Purchase decision \u2013 any decision made by the user as a consumer, relating to whether, how and under what conditions to purchase, whether to use the rights they have based on the contract, regardless of whether the user has decided to act or refrain from acting.<\/p>\n<p>hidk.hr zadr\u017eava pravo izmjena, dopuna ili ukidanja bilo kojeg segmenta poslovanja, a kako bi se pravovremeno informirali o eventualnim izmjenama, molimo da provjerite va\u017ene odredbe Op\u0107ih uvjeta poslovanja u trenutku kori\u0161tenja hidk.hr.<\/p>\n<p>hidk.hr invites Buyers to inform themselves about the content of the <a href=\"https:\/\/hidk.hr\/en\/polica-privatnosti\/\">Izjave o privatnosti i za\u0161titi osobnih podataka<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe language of communication on hidk.hr is Croatian literary language.<\/p>\n<h3>Prices<\/h3>\n<p>Prices on the hidk.hr website include the calculated legal VAT rate and are expressed in Croatian kuna (HRK) and euros (EUR), depending on the buyer's choice. Prices on hidk.hr are determined for each product individually. Payment on hidk.hr is made through the service provider Stripe, which uses the highest security standards when paying by credit and debit cards. You can pay by card once.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After selecting the card and clicking on \"pay\", the Buyer accesses the secure page of the online payment service provider Stripe, where they enter all the necessary data. At the time of card authorization, the funds are only reserved, and the payment is made only after receiving confirmation of membership or payment of the fee.<\/p>\n<h2>Currency conversion when paying with cards<\/h2>\n<p>Currency conversion for card payments is conducted in Croatian kuna and, as of January 1, 2023, in euros.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>hidk.hr offers exclusively digital products, in the form of a new membership fee, i.e. an extension of the same, and the purchase of a registration fee. There is no physical delivery of the product.<\/p>\n<h2>Duration of membership and registration fee<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 By purchasing a membership on hidk.hr, a member of the association has purchased a membership for a period of one year.
